I cannot say enough wonderful things about Emily Allman and her employee, Stephanie!

In June, my husband was rear-ended, and our vehicle was ultimately declared a total loss. Since both drivers were insured through State Farm, we assumed the claims process would be fairly simple and straightforward. Boy, were we wrong!

What should have been a relatively easy process turned into an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience. However, through it all, there were two people who consistently went above and beyond to help us: Emily and Stephanie.

The most remarkable part is that because we were not the at-fault party, Emily and Stephanie couldn’t even access our claim directly! Despite that, they never turned us away or made us feel like it wasn’t their problem. Instead, they did everything within their power to help us navigate the process, get answers, and ultimately get our vehicle paid off.

Their dedication, persistence, compassion, and willingness to help meant more to our family than they probably realize.

While our experience with State Farm’s claims process was extremely disappointing, our experience with Emily and Stephanie was the complete opposite. They are the reason we still have faith in having a local insurance agent who genuinely cares about their customers.
